The Baobab Holiday Resort got its name from the Giant Baobab Trees, as seen all over The Gambia. The apartments of our hotel are very comfortable with local grass roofs, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens. Our well trained staff is always there to assist you.

This is truly a wonderful spot in paradise ideal for families and people young at heart, offering excellent facilities of international standards and impeccable service.Travel insurance is highly recommended. Evening entertainment comprises of live local music, theme dinners and dancing or simply relaxing on the pool side terrace or beach bar.

Late check out policy:
Late checkout can be arranged as long as the reception is informed in advance. Late checkout would attract a small fee depending on how late after 12 noon.

Policy on children staying with parents:
For a normal fee, Baobab Holiday Resort will dedicate our specially trained child care supervisors to safely entertain your children (6 months and older).

Cancellation Policy:

- 50% room rate would be witheld for no-shows, out of the deposit made.
- Cancellation made latest 24 hours before arrival date is accepted without charge. Any time after that is classified as a no show.

The resort has 30 spacious comfortable rooms including 12 self catering bungalows that are fully air-conditioned. Other features include satellite TV, gas cookers, refrigerators, sitting and dining rooms, complete shower room and terrace facing our beautiful garden or the serenity of our sculptured pool
