The Sheraton Gambia Hotel is situated on an untouched stretch of the Gambian coast, surrounded by stunning palms and exotic baobab trees; it offers a secluded paradise with golden sands and a large infinity swimming pool.
It is located in a very quiet area just outside the residential village of Brufut; for those looking for dining or shopping options, the lively resort of Kololi is a 10 minute taxi ride away.
Guests can enjoy extremely comfortable surroundings and a high quality of room amenities in the 195 guest rooms, all with sea views, including six Junior Suites and a Presidential Suite (with 2 units which can be used either as one entire suite or 2 individual suites and possesses its own swimming-pool). There are 2 wings; the Baobab Wing is closer to the main building and restaurant with Classic rooms located here, whilst the more exclusive and larger Palm Wing rooms make more of the stunning beach location, especially Beach Palm rooms which open directly onto the beach with unspoilt views of the ocean.
The hotel is ideal for conferences and special events can be arranged for up to 800 people in the 600-square metre ballroom or eight additional meeting rooms.
Guests can experience the delicious cuisine at the hotel's restaurant Crematata, the main buffet restaurant, is open for breakfast and dinner, and there is also a speciality outdoor restaurant featuring a combination of steak and fresh seafood dishes. During the day, you can choose to lounge by the pool and enjoy a treat at the snack bar. This becomes the main bar in the evenings and there is also a bar service in the lobby lounge area.

These large African inspired rooms with sitting area are located directly on the beachfront giving a feeling of limitless space. These rooms are larger than the Baobab rooms (37sqm) and also have a turndown service, complimentary bathrobe and slippers, and daily complimentary bottled water.
