Gambia has a reputation when it comes to fishing. The waters of the River Gambia, especially in the creeks at the mouth of the river hold a large variety of fish. From big to small, from cute to ugly, from harmless to somewhat more dangerous. The West African Coast of the Atlantic Ocean is also home to many bigger spiecies of fish. Yearly, mainly from October to January, international competitions are held.
We offer you the two options: Creek Fishing or Sports Fishing. Creek Fishing is for those who enjoy going fishing and want to have a fun day out. You will depart from Denton Bridge in a local style fishing boat and whilst sailing through the creeks the captain will locate a good spot to try your luck. We are sure you will catch fish as these waters are very rich in fish. Lunch is served on board.
Sports Fishing is for those who have some experience in fishing and want to go on a real adventure. There is no guarantee you will catch fish but on most occassion you will. Proffessional equipement is included in this trip as is the bait. You will depart from Denton Bridge is a boat that is especially designed for Deep Sea Fishing.
